Large air separation plants include 1000m³ /h, 1500m³ /h, 3200m³ /h, 4500m³ /h, 6000m³ /h, 10000m³ /h, 15000m³ /h, 20000m³ /h, 30000m³ /h, to 63000 m³ /h and other series air separation plants, by which both gaseous products (O2 and N2) and liquid products, including low purity and high purity, can be produced and argon, neon, krypton and xenon can be recovered partially or fully according to client's requirements.
